The Nokta Midi Hoard is everything a child needs to go treasure hunting. Whether at the campsite, on the beach, in the water, in the playground or in a field, our children can use it everywhere. With the Midi Hoard, you can find anything, for example coins, jewellery, gold, silver, iron, copper, etc. There is no metal object that can stay hidden from our little treasure hunters with the Midi Hoard!

Completely waterproof
The Midi Hoard is a durable detector and is waterproof up to 1 m underwater. So your little adventurer can safely search the beach and waterfront, and there is no problem if the detector accidentally falls into the water. Of course, after an adventurous day of searching, the detector can also be rinsed off completely under the tap.

Child-friendly design
The Midi Hoard has an armrest for more comfort when swivelling the detector back and forth, a stand on which the Midi Hoard remains stable when set aside, a telescopic handle that can be adjusted to a length of 82 to 109 cm, and an 18 cm/ 7" search coil including protective dish. With its 15 kHz, the search coil offers an ideal search depth for children aged 8 to 12.

Simple operation
The Midi Hoard is very easy to use with only 3 buttons. The right button is used to switch the detector on and off and to turn iron discrimination on or off. The middle button is the pinpoint button, to identify exactly where the object is located. The clear display shows with symbols what kind of object might be underground. For example, the left pad indicates if there is a nail, screw or horseshoe (iron objects), the middle pad indicates if there is a coin, ring, pull tab, aluminium foil or gold and the right pad indicates if there is a coin, pull tab or silver. You can also read the depth of the object in 3 segments and the battery indicator lets you see if the 2 AA batteries are still full, half-full and if they need replacing. With the Midi Hoard, the volume is adjustable in 2 settings and the sensitivity/search depth in is adjustable in 3 settings.
