Delivery Time

Most orders are dispatched within 1 - 2 working days. From dispatch, delivery within the EU is usually 1-7 days. Worldwide usually within 3-15 days.

Whilst delivery dates are given in good faith, no responsibility can be accepted for costs, damages, charges or expenses caused directly or indirectly by any delay in the delivery of your order.

The delivery time of a shipment for the rest of the world can be influenced by customs handling time. The handling time varies from 3 days to 4 weeks.

Payment

To complete your order you can choose between the different payment methods. When you have finished the payment we will ship your order within 2 days.

International Buyers outside the EU

• Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional charges may be prior to payment.

Order confirmation

After finishing your order you will receive an email with the order conformation. After shipping you will receive an email with the Track & Trace Code.

• Smaller than 100 x 50 x 50 cm

Weight

• Less than 20 kg
  The weight is rounded up. E.g. a shipment of 0.3 kg receives a kilo surcharge for 1 kg.

Returns

Should you have any issues with a product you have received from us, please contact us as soon as possible. We will be happy to help with any issue. Please know that returns must be requested within 14 days after receiving the item. We are not responsible for any issues that are communicated to us after this 14 day period.

Personalized or special made items we can only accept returns on genuine faults or damages.

Shipping and handling fees are refundable but the buyer is responsible for the initial delivery and return postage fees unless the item is faulty.

If there are damages to the product you receive, we will need photo evidence of the damaged item/packaging. Once approved a replacement will be dispatched. We may ask you to return the damaged item back to us. Returns must be received in the original packaging.

All returned items must be in the same condition as they were received, not altered in any way, as well as including all original packaging such as boxes, bags and tags

As soon as we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and then we will issue the refund (it may take 2-3 working days)
