Le Crayon à André / Liquid / The Silver Solution

This liquid is specially made for cleaning coins and objects made of silver.

Put a few drops on a coin or object and let it soak in for some time. Black deposits can then be easily removed. Let the liquid soak in longer for harder tarnish and corrosion.

Instructions for use:

Apply a few drops of the liquid to the object to be cleaned and then leave it in a sealed container for about 20-30 minutes. (or longer for harder deposits/corrosion) Then rinse with warm water. Then remove the remaining dirt with a cotton swab or a soft cloth (Coin cloth). Repeat with the other side of the object. Afterwards, neutralise in demineralised water for 12-24 hours.

To prevent your coin from getting black tarnish again, you can store it in a capsule or coin holder. If you want to place the coin in a display case on a stand, you can also protect the coin/object with microcrystalline wax or with Paraloid B72.
