The SDC 2300 LI ION is a very compact, high-quality waterproof metal detector specially developed for searching for gold.

MPF Technologie:

MPF (Multi Period Fast) technology involves extremely fast pulse induction switching between transmit (Tx) and receive (Rx) detector signals. This means that there is a minimal residual transmit signal during the receive cycle, enabling clear, sharp detection of very small pieces of gold.

Inspired by the MPS technology used in GPX detectors, Minelab's scientists and engineers have ‘challenged the best’ and successfully developed a new MPF (Multi Period Fast) technology for the SDC 2300.

The SDC 2300 is unbeatable in this mid-range PI class.

Field tests have shown that the SDC 2300 will find much smaller gold than the GPX 5000 and all VLF detectors in highly mineralised soils. Field testers have reported that detectors from other brands fall far short of this performance level and have demonstrated that the SDC 2300 is unbeatable in this mid-range high-performance PI class.

More sensitive

The SDC 2300 is highly sensitive to small gold in heavily mineralised soil. This gold is often missed by prospectors using both VLF and PI detectors due to the difficult ground conditions and the fine gold size.
You can now detect the small gold that was missed in previously searched areas. These small gold finds can point the way to new locations and larger gold deposits.
